Ladybug Costume

I wanted Chloe to be a ladybug for Halloween but wanted it to be something she might also be able to use/wear for her 1st birthday. So, I made this red tutu and put black pom poms randomly on it. I also attached a ladybug to her shirt and bow.

Recent Projects

I have been very bad lately at taking pictures of things I make. Here are a few projects that I did take pictures of....

The boys made these for their teachers for the first day of school. They painted the canvas green and then did the border. The apple is a handprint (we just painted the palm). I used foam stamps for the letter and the apple stem.

The letters are from Hobby Lobby, but I altered all of them with paint, paper, or glitter.

This saying is one of the first things you see when you come into our home. I pray that everyone that enters our home feels that this is a true statement.

Holiday Open House

Well my motto for this blog was met these past 2 weeks. Amber and I cropped, created and connected! We decided to participate in a Holiday Open House at Old World Salon this past Friday. We made crosses, plaques and tutus. Click on Holiday Open House above to see pics.

Beaded Cross

We made these crosses in MOPS. Isn't it pretty? I made it with teal and brown beads so I could put it in my powder room downstairs.
